The men's and women's cross country teams traveled to Sioux Falls, South Dakota for the Nike Heartland Preview. In the men's 8K the Warriors were paced by Alejandro Sanchez (Fr-Plano, TX) who placed 10^th in a field of 49 runners. Sanchez finished with a solid time of 27:23.

The women's team was led by Dana Miller (Sr-Creston, IA) with a time of 22:18, which was good enough for 36^th place.

Both teams will travel to Ames, Iowa next Saturday for the Iowa Intercollegiate Meet.
