The Warriors traveled to Cedar Rapids on Thursday night to take on former MCC foe, Mt. Mercy University. Waldorf jumped out to the early advantage, taking the first set 25-21. The Mustangs stormed back to take three straight sets, 25-20, 25-13, 25-18.

Karissa Larsen (Fr-Lamberton, MN) paced the Warriors' offense with 11 kills. Abby Buehler (Fr-Dodge Center, MN) and Brenna Brigham (Sr-Pocatello, ID) followed with 8 kills each.

Becca Flavin (Fr-Loves Park, IL) and Amelia Walz (Fr-St. Joseph, MN) each tallied 19 assists. Jennifer Henke (Sr-Rosemount, MN) anchored the Warrior defense once again with 25 digs.

The Warriors fall to 5-10 on the season. They travel to the University of Wisconsin-River Falls Invitational on Friday and Saturday.
