The Waldorf Warriors organization will be based in Waldorf, Maryland. We will create a better quality of life through our programs to enhance a career minded, productive, model citizen.

The Waldorf Warriors organization was founded to assist the young adults & the underprivileged in the Charles County communities. We will provide assistance to the communities through our programs.

Primary Reports from Trend Analysis indicates that while young women have made progress in recent years, young men haven’t. It’s 10% of young African-American men and 9% of young Hispanic men are disconnected from school & work for a year or longer. While those numbers are alarming, add incarceration and the rates rise to 17– 20%. What types of education and training programs might help this group? Could financial incentives help get these young men into jobs? These are the tough questions and social issues that the Waldorf Warriors will attempt to resolve.

Nationwide parents are increasingly frustrated with wild variations in grading systems that they say are costing their children thousands of dollars in merit-based scholarships and leaving them disadvantaged in college admissions. Again, these are the tough questions and social issues the Waldorf Warriors will attempt to resolve.

We are centralizing these community issues under The Waldorf Warriors Organization. We will help the community provide scholarships, guidance and leadership as well as development programs, along with good wholesome entertainment through the athleticism of young athletics living in the community.

The Waldorf Warriors Programs will enhance the quality of life in the community.

The Waldorf Warriors Organization’s purpose is to provide much needed assistance to the teenagers, young-adults, risk individuals, some adults (from all ethnicity groups) and the under privileged. We operate a semi-pro football team in Waldorf, Maryland. Our interest is to provide several programs to the Waldorf community.

        This is our inaugural season joining the R.A.F.L., (Regional American Football League). The organization is structured to reach out to the neighboring communities where we will provide and implement various programs within our four year project. The set of programs are as follows;

    1. The Waldorf Warriors Sports Program (1st Year)
    2. The Waldorf Warriors Mentorship Program (2nd Year)
    3. The Waldorf Warriors Career Program (3rd Year)
    4. The Waldorf Warriors Hospital Program (4th Year)
