Waldorf closed out its Myrtle Beach week with a pair of shutouts on Friday. The Warriors evened the score with St. Joseph's College of Long Island with a 6-0 win. St. Joe's had defeated Waldorf 7-0 earlier in the week.

Waldorf defeated Albertus Magnus College 10-0 in five innings. Freshman Maggie Hawley tossed a two-hit shutout with 4 K's and no walks. Amber Brown had a pair of doubles, while Lauren Camp had two hits and three RBI's. Kate Martino added two hits and three runs scored.

The Waldorf softball team picked up a pair of victories at the Snowbird Softball Tournament in Myrtle Beach on Monday. The Warriors downed Norwich University 2-1 and defeated SUNY IT 10-2 in 5 innings.

Waldorf opened play in Myrtle Beach on Sunday, defeating Swarthmore College 2-0.
Senior Holly Gilbertson limited Swarthmore to just two singles in the contest.
Kate Martino paced the Warrior offense with two doubles and a run scored. Michelle Eden had an RBI double for Waldorf.
Waldorf (4-5) will face Norwich University at 9 AM on Monday with an 11:00 AM game with SUNY IT to follow.

The Warrior softball team traveled to Davenport for four games Saturday and Sunday in the Ambrose Dome.
