FOREST CITY – It was a perfect ending for the Waldorf College baseball team in Tuesday's home opener.

The Warriors (6-21) erased a five-run deficit while rallying to an 8-7 win over Dordt College (10-16) and then cruised to a 14-1 victory in the nightcap.

The Warriors (4-21, 3-13) split their second Midlands Collegiate Athletic Conference (MCAC) doubleheader with the Tigers (19-23, 4-8), winning 6-5 in the opener before falling 4-2 in the nightcap.
