Bio

Michelle Provenzano took over leadership of the Warrior cheerleading program in the fall of 2019.

A graduate of Waldorf, Provenzano cheered competitively and at Warrior events under the guidance of then-head coach Teresa Hanna.

Following her Warrior career, Michelle moved to California where she spent five years as the cheer coach at Ontario High School. During her time with the Jaguars, OHS won 8 SHARP Competition Cheer Championships (2016-19), 3 NRG Competition Cheer Championships (2015-19), and the SHARP National Championship in 2019.

As the head coach at Ontario HS, Provenzano created routines for performances at competitions, pep rallies, and halftime shows. She also prepared athletes for performances through practice and development of fundamental skills leading to more advanced skills.

In 2018-19, she was named the Ray Murakami Coach of the year at Ontario High School.

Michelle, a graduate of Forest City High School who competed in cheerleading for 4 years for the Indians, currently lives in Forest City with her husband, Jason, and their son, Owen.
