Waldorf Esports Takes Win in Call of Duty Over ACCC

FOREST CITY, Iowa - Call of Duty vs Atlantic Cape Community College, 3-0 Win
Waldorf COD went up this week against Atlantic Cape Community College. Our Warriors were coming off of a strong 3-0 win last week. With determination to start a streak, they came out ready to win. In the first 2 matches, we took the lead and never let off the gas. Pushing advantages and playing smart gave us a nice 2-0 lead going into game 3. Game 3 was a bit shakier as ACCC adapted well but we were still able to secure a win with the score being 3-2. Our Waldorf COD team is now 2-2 with 3 matches left.

Overwatch 2 vs Florida Atlantic University, 0-3 Loss
Waldorf OW played their 3rd match of the season against FAU. Waldorf looked sleepy on map 1 but knew they needed to wake up for map 2. A back-and-forth Kings row resulted in a 2-1 loss. This loss however did ignite a fire underneath our Warriors. Ready for game 3 and believing in the reverse sweep they went to battle. However, FAU carried the momentum and took control. Not discouraged going down at the start, our Warriors fought, but it was not enough. Waldorf OW is now 1-2 with 4 matches left.
