Waldorf University Warriors Wrestling Team Competes in Falcon Open at Park City, Kansas

The Waldorf University Warriors wrestling team participated in a open-level tournament on November 1, 2025, in PARK CITY, Kansas -. This event showcased the talent and determination of the Warriors' wrestling squad in several tough bouts against nationwide competitors.

Notable moments during the tournament included performances by several Warriors wrestlers. Jaden Kondor managed to secure the first tournament win of the season by Fall. Malachi Aispuro got a 9-1 victory over a conference oponent from Concordia. Shiwoko Shiwoko had a good performance against Kretzer from Missouri Baptist getting a Fall within the first minute. Malachi Aispuro, Giovanni Broling, Demario Curry, Rev Baptista, Shiwoko Shiwoko, Jaden Kondor, and Paolo "Benny" Espinosa each scored a record of 1-2. Meanwhile, Ronald Hooten and Marco Gandy delivered a slightly stronger performance, both securing a record of 2-2. Both with a win aggainst a conference oponent.

The Warriors are scheduled to return to the mat on November 12, 2025, when they will face Morningside at their next wrestling event in the Waldorf fieldhouse in FOREST CITY, Iowa -.
