Waldorf University Women's Golf Participates at Invitational.

ALBERT LEA, Minnesota. The Waldorf University Warriors participated in the Waldorf University Fall Invitational on September 28, 2025, hosted at the scenic Wedgewood Cove GC in Albert Lea, MN. The event was part of the Women's golf season, featuring an 18-hole stroke play format which saw teams from five different institutions come together in a display of competitive golf.

The Warriors, representing Waldorf University, finished 5th with a total team score of +111. Despite the tough competition, the Warriors showcased strong individual performances. Ashley Groesbeck led the team with a score of 84, demonstrating precision and skill on the challenging course. Shelby Effle, with a score of 100, followed closely, displaying resilience throughout the event. Ashlyn Gutierrez also made a notable contribution with a score of 105.

Additional performances included Lindsay Clouse and Laynee Simpson, who completed their rounds with scores of 110 and 119, respectively. These scores rounded out the contributions from the Warriors.
