WEST SALEM, WI – The Waldorf women’s cross country team closed out their season the North Star Athletic Conference Championship on Friday afternoon at the Maple Grove Venue. The Warriors finished in 5th place and had five athletes that finished in the top 25.

The Women’s Cross Country team competed in the Lancer Cross Country Invitational October 21st. Here there were 35 athletes running- three being Warriors. The course measured as 6k, taking 23-33 minutes to complete.

Women’s cross-country team attacked the course at the University of Wisconsin- LaCrosse Tori Neubauer Invitational. The invitational held 32 teams with 298 female athletes competing. As a team, the Waldorf Warriors finished in the middle of the pack with new personal record times for the three runners competing.

The Women’s Cross-Country team competed in the Dan Huston-Steve Johnson Invitational over the weekend. The meet was held at the Max Championship Cross Country Course in Waverly, Iowa. The course measured to be 6000M with 24 teams and 218 racers competing.

The Women’s Cross-Country team opened their season placing 3rd while competing at the Trent Smith Invitational hosted by the NIACC Trojans. The course was a one lap, mainly flat, with a 180 turn – 5k.
