Waldorf Men's Basketball Takes Down Undefeated Bellevue (NE) in Final Non-Conference Game
FOREST CITY, Iowa. In their final non-conference game of the season, the Waldorf University Warriors secured a decisive win against the previously unbeaten Bellevue Bruins on December 19, 2025. The game, held at Forest City, Iowa, finished in a 76-68 final score.
The game kicked off with Waldorf gaining an early advantage, predominantly through the instrumental plays of Nick Graves and Conner Aldridge. Graves opened the scoring with precise free throws, followed by Aldridge landing a significant 3-pointer early in the game. Supported by strategic assists from Cartier Parr, the team secured a game high 8 point lead toward the end of the first half, finishing the half up 36-30.
Continuing their dominant form into the second half, the Warriors maintained the momentum with effective contributions from the bench. Despite a defensive feat from Bellevue's RJ Smith, Waldorf effectively countered, stretching their lead to a substantial 10 points midway through the second half, concluding the game with a 76-68 victory.
Standout performances included Conner Aldridge, who led the scoring with 18 points, while Krys Watley supported with 15 points, showcasing a strong presence with 6 rebounds and 2 steals. The defensive solidity was boosted by Cornelius Porter Jr., who accumulated 3 steals. Cohen Aldridge also contributed 8 points and 5 rebounds, adding depth to the team's victorious effort.
