Waldorf Volleyball Receives AVCA’s 2026 Team Academic Award
FOREST CITY, Iowa – The Waldorf University Volleyball team continues to strive for academic excellence, earning the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Team Academic Award for the seventh consecutive year. This honor is given to collegiate and high school teams who maintain a year-long grade point average of at least 3.3 on at 4.0 scale.
"We are very proud of our team's emphasis on excellence in the classroom as well as on the court," Head Coach Matt Ebenhoe said. "It's a testament to our team's culture and standards. This team has consistently made their academic achievement a high priority, and this award validates the work they have put in."
Waldorf Volleyball is one of 1,432 programs across the nation to earn this honor.
