FREMONT, NE – The Waldorf men's soccer team faced fellow GPAC opponent in Midland on Saturday evening. The match concluded with a 5-0 victory for Midland.
Midland gained an early lead at the 9:49 mark which was the only goal scored in the first half.
In the second half, Midland scored three goals to extend their lead. The final goal came in the last five minutes from Midland.
Goalkeeper Charlie Austin-Ross (SR/Essex, UK) finished the game with 11 saves. Antonio Coutinho SR/Libson, Portugal) had two shots on goal and Maku Ene (JR/Lancaster, CA) had three shots.
