Coach Donadio joined the Waldorf University Football Staff just prior to the Fall 2023 season as the Quarterbacks Coach and has since taken on the roles of Recruiting Coordinator, Wide Receivers Coach, and Specialists Coach.

A graduate of Cal Poly Humboldt, Donadio earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology with honors. During his collegiate career, he distinguished himself as a versatile athlete, playing both wide receiver and punter for the Lumberjack Football Program.

Donadio began his coaching journey at Cal Poly Humboldt, where he served as the Inside Receivers Coach for one year before transitioning to the role of Offensive Coordinator at College of the Redwoods. Following his time at Redwoods, Donadio joined the coaching staff at Moorpark College as the Running Backs Coach and Head Strength/Conditioning Coach for one year.

For nearly a decade following, Coach Donadio honed in on his coaching skills at two high schools, where he held various coaching positions, including Head Strength Coach, Offensive Coordinator, Special Teams Coordinator, and coaching multiple positions on both sides of the ball prior to making the move to Waldorf University

A native of Los Angeles, California, where his wife, Sydney still resides and is a Head Cheer and Stunt Coach. Coach Donadio now resides in Forest City, Iowa.
